Batumi Ilia Chavchavadze Professional State Drama Theatre is going on tour to participate in the Brest (Belarus) XXIV International Theatre Festival with the performance "KLDIASHVILI.GE #withhopeandpatience", directed by Andro Enukidze. The Theatre already participated in the same festival in 2007, presenting the play “Syndrome or Who Are You Singing to?” (Dir. Andro Enukidze). The performance was held on the stage of the Brest Drama Theatre. The troupe was awarded in the nomination “The Best Ensemble of the Year”. After the performance a meeting was arranged with the theatre critics, local and international media where the Theatre got high appraisal. The success served as the reason for inviting the Theatre to the festival once again.
