The performance has been staged within the frames of the program “Enhancement of Management and Creative Processes at Theatres and Music Centers” of Ajara AR Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, in collaboration with the British Council in Georgia. 

It is a modern version of Cinderella staged by a British stage-director Cressida Brown at the Batumi Drama Theatre “New Stage”. The authors of the version are also the British artists Sally Cookson and Adam Peck. It is a version of the most popular and beloved fairy tale about a modern family, love and innovatively perceived eternal values. 

In the performance, spectators become the participants of Cinderella’s misfortunes, hatred, jealousy, rejection, vengeance, struggle for survival, love and of course her magic adventure! The British theater director Cressida Brown offers Cinderella’s original interpretation to the theatre lovers in Batumi.
