The Gaioz (Kukuri) Gogiberidze Museum, named after the People's Artist of Georgia, operates within the Batumi Ilia Chavchavadze State Drama Theatre.

The museum preserves a rich collection documenting the theatre's creative history, including archival materials, photographs, video and audio recordings, personal files of theatre personnel, rehearsal and performance journals, theatre programs, posters, brochures, and albums.

During the 1990s, the museum was headed by the distinguished Georgian actor and People's Artist of Georgia, Gaioz Gogiberidze, who made an outstanding contribution to the discovery, preservation, restoration, and conservation of valuable theatrical artifacts and archival materials. In recognition of his dedication, the Batumi Drama Theatre Museum was officially named after him in 2005.

The museum's collections and archival materials are available to researchers, scholars, and anyone interested in the history of the theatre. These resources have served as the foundation for numerous academic studies, monographs, and publications.

The Batumi Drama Theatre Museum is more than a repository of the theatre's history. It also serves as a vibrant cultural space, regularly hosting creative evenings, meetings, and a variety of exhibitions.
