The screenplay “Cries and Whispers” by a legendary Swedish film-director Ingmar Bergman is about oncological-sick Agnes and relatives around her. This is a story about what happens when death is a relief than a disaster, when you lose control over life and await death as a way out. Suffering is so long and endless that the people around lose temper and start searching for the reasons of alienation. Is there a hope for revival of love between the sisters? How big is for them suffering of others? How long does it take to replace hatred with compassion?   
It is a story about the sisters who grew out of love toward one another, about their husbands and about Anna who is unable to betray her mistress.
