With the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara, the Batumi Ilia Chavchavadze Professional State Drama Theatre will participate in the International Theatre Festival “BikenFest 2026” held in the city of Taldykorgan, Kazakhstan, and will present the performance “Only Girls Are in Jazz” to the audience.

The creative ensemble will present the performance within the framework of the festival on May 26.

The participation of the Batumi Drama Theatre in this festival will significantly contribute to the promotion of Georgian theatre on the international stage, the deepening of cultural relations, and the development of professional cooperation with theatre companies from different countries.

“BikenFest” is an international theatre festival held in Kazakhstan, bringing together theatres and creative ensembles from various countries. The aim of the festival is to promote theatrical art, deepen intercultural dialogue, share creative experience, and support international cultural cooperation.
