On March 31, 2026, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Batumi Ilia Chavchavadze Professional State Drama Theatre and “Toyota Center Batumi”.

The purpose of the memorandum is to establish a collaborative creative relationship between the theatre and the “Toyota Center Batumi” team. The parties will support the strengthening of their partnership and cooperation, as well as the planning and implementation of joint projects, the support of cultural and creative initiatives, and the sharing of experience and resources, ultimately ensuring the effective development of both parties and the achievement of their common goals.

Based on the memorandum, the parties will cooperate to the extent possible in order to support each other’s activities through joint efforts.

Support for the parties’ activities may be provided through the organization of various events within their fields of interest and the provision of sponsorship services, with separate agreements to be concluded as appropriate upon mutual consent.

If necessary, the parties express their readiness to use their own infrastructure/venues for the organized and smooth implementation of agreed events, strictly on the basis of mutual prior written agreement.
